June 2 2023 Coffee Plus 10:30am - 12:00pm East Bridgford Garden Centre

Coffee Plus will meet on the first Friday of every month at East Bridgford Garden Centre in a reserved designated airy space just for us. Roof vents are open and we are in the Cafe overflow area within the cyclamen border.

 June 4 2023 Cherished Single Ladies Walk 1:00pm - 4:00pm Cherished Single Ladies - Light Lunch, Walk and Cake by the Lake!
After Church on Sunday 4th June 1pm to 4pm.
Starting promptly at 1pm with a quick light lunch of quiche and salads at Jo Kaiser's home followed by a walk from Jo's along the Southwell trail to Cake by the Lake Cafe to grab a coffee and a cake if you wish then continue along the trail full circle back to Jo's.
The walk should take about 1.5 hours with the stop in the middle.
Children and dogs welcome :)

The timing of the Zoom meeting is the same as the Nottingham City Prayer one at St Nic's Church.

 June 16 2023 Youth Group 7:30pm - 9:30pm June 17 2023 Parenting Matters - Ages 12-17 years 9:30am - 12:30pm Riverside Centre

Parenting is one of the hardest but most important things we do in life and sometimes we can feel alone with the difficulties we face.

The following support discussions will have a Christian focus and are designed to connect parents with children of a similar age.

We will share common challenges, bring them to Jesus and pray for our situations and each other. We will also look at how God’s word can guide us and share ideas and strategies that have helped us. 

The sessions will be led by Rachel Oldfield (NCC Parent and family worker) and facilitated with Rachel Toplis.

Ages 12-17 years discussion topics include: arguments and defiance, de-escalation strategies, risk taking behaviours.
