February 2 2024 Coffee Plus 10:30am - 12:00pm East Bridgford Garden Centre

Coffee Plus will meet on the first Friday of every month at East Bridgford Garden Centre in a reserved designated airy space just for us. Roof vents are open and we are in the Cafe overflow area within the cyclamen border.

Whether you’re well versed in Scripture or new to the Bible, The Bible Course offers a superb overview of the world’s best-selling book. The course will increase your confidence, equip you to read the Bible better and help you to see its relevance to daily life. Over eight interactive sessions, it combines video teaching, group discussion, personal reflection and daily readings. 

Meeting people in groups, where everyone shares their thoughts and experiences, lies at the heart of The Bible Course as everyone learns from each other.

The course will be run by Keith and Sarah Unwin

 February 10 2024 Fearfully & Wonderfully Made Women's Conference 10:00am - 4:30pm Southwell Minster School Fearfully & Wonderfully Made
Encouraging women to see and celebrate the masterpiece God has created them to be. 

We're delighted to be joined by our keynote speaker Jo Hargreaves. Jo is a pastor, psychotherapist, writer and speaker. She is passionate about integrating theology and therapy and placing God in the centre of our conversations on mental health and wholeness. 

Tickets include pastries on arrival and drinks throughout the day, as well as access to our Marketplace, with lots of great stalls for you to browse including jewellery, cards and a fabulous cake stall by Betel!

In order to keep costs affordable, we're doing a 'Bring Your Own' lunch. Please note the venue is not close to the town centre so don't forget your picnic!

Worship Jam is a relaxed and fun way to get people together to spend time playing together in a band format, to support your gift of music in a worship setting further. 

Depending on numbers we will plan to meet at the Riverside Centre, however we may be required to change the venue. 

Join us on Thursday 15th February, 7.30pm until 9.30pm.

 February 23 2024 Coffee Plus North 10:30am - 12:00pm Daffodil Tearooms, Eakring We are excited to announce the launch of a NEW ‘Coffee Plus’ event, which will take place in the north of our county… ‘Coffee Plus NORTH’!

Following on from the success of our usual ‘Coffee Plus’ events, a team of Riversiders have organised to meet at the Daffodil Tearooms in Eakring, Newark (NG22 0BL) on the last Friday of every month from 10:30am-12pm.
